Improvement for Current MiSeq Definition:
A desktop DNA sequencer which is manufactured by the Illumina corporation. The MiSeq is specialized for targeted and small genome sequencing with a run time of 5-55 hours, one flow cell per run, 25 million reads per flow cell, an output range of 0.3-15Gb and a maximum read length of 2 x 300 base pairs.
