"Flow cell" might be ambiguous #747

In commit 3985 I updated our 'Illumina HiSeq' terms to add some technical specifications, including the number of "flow cells". I considered adding a 'has part some flow cell' axioms. OBI already has a 'flow cell' term, but I'm pretty sure that it's specific to flow cytometry and does not apply to DNA sequencing:

I'm no expert on this -- I don't use these machines. If the existing term is specific to flow cytometry, then we should make the label more specific.

Discussed on March 13, 2016 call. Agree that flow cell in OBI is not restricted to flow cytometers and can be associated to sequencers.

Also agreed that a logical axiom for the number of flow cells is not needed.
