I've tested the mendel report in the 1.4.2 version. I don't want to be picky, but it seems that the problem is only halfway resolved in that the number of reported errors is now indeed affected by the specified query, whereas the number of tests is not. Say that you have one child and two assays A and B. B has an error in the inheritance pattern. The query q1 selects only assay A. For version 1.4.1 both specifying and not specifying the query q1 for the mendel report would give 1 errors and 2 tests. Now for version 1.4.2, it seems that specifying q1 will give 0 errors and 2 tests. Wouldn't 0 errors and 1 tests be more correct?
