MK-324: Importing Studies into mica excludes populations #2075

If a study archive with populations having the same data collection event information (start and end dates equal), only one of them gets imported. This is due to the Population.compareTo() function.

If we include the population ID comparison as another ordering criteria, the missing Attachment bug occurs. RHA

The issue seems to be more complex than this :

CLS :: Population "CLS nursing homes' sample" ne s'affiche pas SBC :: Population "Shanghai Birth Cohort Child" ne s'affiche pas 3D :: Population "Fathers_Partners" ne s'affiche pas ACTIVE :: 3 populations ne s'affichent pas: "Control Group", "Speed Training", "Reasoning Training" ADNI :: seulement 3 des 8 populations s'affichent BLSA :: seulement 2 des 6 populations s'affichent CSHA :: seulement 1 des 3 populations s'affichent

Notez aussi que KORA a 5 populations avec largement les mêmes DCE. Pourtant elles s'affichent toutes dans Mica2.
