Make the logo uniforme across the studies, width: 200px

Add rich text editor to all multi line fields
Populations:
- Ethnic Origin : Display as bullet in the View side
- Health Status: array to rich text (Migration script)
DCE
- Other Biosamples: To rich text
- Other Data Sources : To rich text, rename Other to Other Datasource and add Other Data Source ligne on the end of the table in the view side
Network:
- Objective : render the HTML tagsin the view side

Everything except adding Rich Text Editor needs to be approved by Isabel, so hold on on the rest.
