Inconsistencies in cart counts after documents deletion

• Add (many) collected variables to the cart
• Go to the cart
• Select some of the variables
• Delete these variables from the cart

=> variables set count is correct, collected variables are not up to date because variables re-index takes time, harmo variables count is complete fantasy because it is relative to these previous numbers

Suggestions:

• Have exact counts for collected and harmo (not inferring one from the other)
• Add a warn message when document set count is different from search results explaining discrepancies are due to index update in progress

I still have this after #4319. Is something missing in the code?

I think the totalVerificationTree request gives the correct counts because the indexing was finished, while the items listing results, sent before, were not correct.
