Add option to exclude memberships when importing studies or initiatives

Currently, Mica can import a study or initiative from a remote Mica as long their data schema is compatible. This may cause an error if a membership is associated with a study/initiative/network that does not exist on the local Mica.

Simple add an option to remove memberships from these Mica documents during import.
