ONYX-103: Keep the same semantic for the deployment page and the list of participant. #139

In the deployment page I have 3 type of definition for the site:

In the appointmenet list I have Assessment center id.

Ths assesment center id is linked to... site name? site no? study Name?

We have to clarify it!

I suggest we use "Collection Site Id" instead of "Site Id" because it is more informative. To follow through, "Site Name" should be renamed "Collection Site Name".
En français, "Identifiant du site de collecte" et "Nom du site de collecte".
I checked with Lise Lévesque of Cartagene and that is the nomenclature used by Cartagene. We don't really do "assessments", we collect information and samples.
