ONYX-1753: Improve manual entry of physical measurements mixing repeated and not repeated measures #1566

When an instrument is configured for capturing both repeated and not-repeated measures, when user switches to manual entry, the not-repeated measures are asked at each repeated value entry. In other words, the user has to enter multiple times the not-repeated values.

Improvement could be that the not-repeated measures are captured separately: they are displayed in a distinct section (inline, not in a dialog like currently done)

Another improvement is to display the captured values from repeatable measures grouped by measure occurrence instead of parameter code (like currently done).
