ONYX-416: Tanita BC-418 does not start properly when other device connected to com6

This problem only happens on the first run, the problem disapear once the tanita device has been configured on the correct port.

To reproduce: 1) Connect the bone density device on com6 2) Connect the tanita BC-418 on com3 3) Delete the content of the following directory: c:\Documents and Settings\user.jade 4) Log in Onyx and start an interview 5) Get to the weight an bioimpedance stage 6) Start the BC-418 software (webstart)

You will get the message that the software cannot communicate with the device.

7) Press OK

The java webstart application does not exit, it is stuck!

If I remember the tanita BC-418 is set by default to com6. I think there should not be a default value, we should always ask the user the first time the device is launched.

Also, we should implement somekind of timeout to make sure that the software doesn't get stuck forever while it's waiting for an answer from the device. Otherwise if a problem occurs will have to ask the nurses to go an kill the task manually in the task manager, which doesn't make any sense.

This is the code, the logic as to be changed, I recommend postponing this to a later version.
