Build experimental condition log model and an example XML configuration file. The example XML configuration file will include all the Logs requested by Ontario: (see Seated BP and Resting HR Calibration Log, Tanita BC-418 Weight Calibration Log, Stadiometer Daily Calibration Log, Stadiometer - Full Vertical Calibration Log, SECA 803 Weight Calibration Log, Spirometry Calibration Log, Stadiometer - Full Alignment Calibration Log), Room Characteristics Log).
Read in the XML to build different available logs.
