SPSS export from Opal does not include the missing values #3829

As an example of this issue, an export of table CTP/TTP_CoreQA_coreqx on https://opal-demo.obiba.org/ to SPSS shows the unexpected behaviour: several variables in the dictionary have a missing value, but they are not present in SPSS. See also the following figure.
