The purpose of this new opal command-line is to extract meta-data information from the opal magma repository.

This command-line is a quick way for making the meta-data information available before a proper GUI is implemented. This will allow the user to design its views more easily and also to share information with others.

This specification depends on the Magma API specification. This should be read first as background material.
