[BUG] [DIS-JOINT SPAN] the "diff" button occurs while clicking on a dis-joint span. #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on a dis-joint span on the panel of annotation editor.
2. the "diff" button appears sometimes, and it should not be displayed if these 
is no duplicates or overlaps.
