[BUG] [DIS-JOINT SPAN] new dis-joint span is added into wrong annotation #142

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. generate two overlapped annotations
2. click on one of them to select them. 
3. these two annotations should be listed now.
4. clicked the "span add" button, just once.
5. select some text from the text viewer by single click.
6. eHOST adds the new span into an unselected annotation.
