[Insubstantial Component] new component test

[GoogleCodeExporter]

for future release, we need to test the substance package in eHOST. The jar of 
Substance 7.1 is included each release from now on (March 20, 2012, eHOST 
version 0319). 

Primary test dialog: dialog of system setting, dialog of creating relationship 
between two annotations ... ...
