can't change spans of any annotation on adjudication mode #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter the adjudication mode
2. annotator can't change the spans by given buttons.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
eHOST should allow user to selected span of annotation in the adjudication mode 
and rerun the analysis function every time after a new annotation is added , or 
an existing annotation is modified.

What version of eHOST are you using? On what operating system?
0324.1
Mac OS, Lion

Which data batch are you using to test eHOST?
