lastest annotator didn't get saved #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change current annotator's name on eHOST.
2. close it by short-key.
3. The change didn't get saved.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be saved.

What version of eHOST are you using? On what operating system?
0328.3
Mac OS, Lion

Please provide any additional information below.

Which data batch are you using to test eHOST?
Local copy of AMIA Demo

problem fixed. System configure file got updated every time after changing the 
current annotator.
