bugs in new method of "save/reload" adjudication annotations

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter adjudication mode in an eHOST project, and then leave the mode and 
close the eHOST.
2. reenter the adjudication mode for the same project
3. annotations are reloaded, but selected annotators and classes are missing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
System should remember what annotators and classes they selected on their 
latest adjudication operation.

What version of eHOST are you using? On what operating system?
eHOST 0423-0949
Mac OS
