change the description on the dialog of "adjudication mode"

If this screen is necessary for processing please reduce the explanation to 
something like the following:

“Adjudication mode will allow you to analyze all annotations across selected 
annotators and/or markable classes, attributes, or relationships. In 
adjudication mode, non-matches are highlighted with a wavy red underline. The 
final adjudicated set should be exported and saved under a folder called 
“adjudication” in the workspace associated with your current eHOST 
project.”
