Keep the dialog of class deleting in the front of eHOST main windows. Without 
this function, sometimes we need to move eHOST windows to find the previous 
dialog of class deleting.

problem is fixed on 120501.2.

It can be refined by asking eHOST to remember the layout index of all dialogs.
