Verifier flag count still shown in Annotation information screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In adjudication mode the annotations flagged by verifier is still shown in the 
annotation information screen. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If verifier is not included in the alpha need to remove reference to it in all 
screens.

What version of eHOST are you using? On what operating system?
eHOST version 0503.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Which data batch are you using to test eHOST?

Three components, two "verifier buttons" and the "Annotatins Flagged by 
Verifier", are hidden from the screen now.
