Ignore still shown as option in adjudication mode on comparator panel #235

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In adjudication mode the ignore option is still shown on the comparator panel. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If this is no longer an option please remove this button on the comparator 
panel.

What version of eHOST are you using? On what operating system?
eHOST version 0503.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Which data batch are you using to test eHOST?

The button is removed since 0504.11.
