Ratio not going higher than 1:10

Describe the bug In the ratio recipe section it isn't allowing users to go higher than 10. This is problematic for filter recipes such as ICBINF.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to main page and adjust recipe to higher than 10

Expected behavior Ratio should go higher.
