Installation issue for chapter-4

Hi,

I've tried to run python -m pip install -e chapter_4 and am getting the following issue.

I've tried to make sure that the folder name matches in the directory and the toml but it isn't helping. My web research hasn't revealed any things that might not be set up correctly and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 'wheel'. Please could you suggest how I might get around this?

Perhaps this is something to do with not setting up Flake8 correctly... I'm just making sure I have it set up.

Update: I've setup Flake8 and no luck.

@dham is there anything to be done about this, please? I'm a bit stuck and would like to complete chapter-4, if possible.
