Feature: Provide feedback adhoc #1555

I would like to have the ability to provide feedback on individuals to their PDL even when not requested.

I believe this feature would be useful to track Kudos and 'automate' printing out a list for all-hands as well as allowing feedback (positive and negative) to be a normal part of our day-to-day and not just a quarterly effort.

e.g. Today Jack and Jill did some amazing work and exemplified OCI Values such as Share It Back by writing some high quality documents on what they learned from a recent project about a new framework called Macronaut.

I actually think that Kudos and Feedback likely live in two separate workflows... Kudos being "I want to give you some unsolicited props in an unstructured way", with feedback being constructive and structured. I think there may be a place for providing both unsolicited, however.

We've already started to build out some of the "kudos" functionality...but if we have it wrong (if these really should be the same feature), I'd be happy to reconsider our direction.

I agree with your description of kudos being more unstructured type of information and feedback being structured and hopefully action oriented (whether that action is keep doing this or stop doing this)
