As a Team Member I want the menu item titled "Check-Ins" to be renamed "Check-In" and the contained items adjusted, so that the menu can support different ways of checking in.
Acceptance Criteria:
[x] The existing "Check-Ins" menu item should be renamed to "Check-In".
[x] A new submenu titled "Pulse" should be created as a child of the "Check-In" menu item.
[x] A new submenu titled "Quarterly" should be created as a child of the "Check-In" menu item.
[x] The "Quarterly" menu item should continue functioning as the existing "Check-Ins" functionality does.
[x] The "Check-In" menu item should only expand to show the submenu.
[ ] The "Pulse" menu should lead to a new blank page with the /pulse URL.
