(UI) - Check-ins page has duplicate amAM or pmPM on Check-in Date #2379

Describe the bug Check-ins page has duplicate amAM or pmPM on Check-in Date. The story will remove the redundancy.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch Check-ins
  2. Go to CHECK-INS page
  3. Observe the Check-In Date box, and the redundant amAM or pmPM depending on the time.

Expected behavior Date should only have am or pm listed once.
