When the Teams are listed, create functionality to see if the Team is either Active or Inactive.
Acceptance Criteria:
⦁ Under Directory - Teams, the teams within OCI are listed. Under the team's name a choice of either Active or Inactive will be visible to users.
⦁ Add either "Active" or "Inactive" flag.
⦁ Users will be able to adjust the "active" or inactive" accordingly.
