Preview not updated if library changed

Steps

• Create a Micro Library and link it to a Micro app
• open micro app preview
• do change to Micro Library (in same window)

  Findings

The Micro App preview is not updated with changes from the micro library.

Fixed.

Problem was that cmpl_availableLibraries was passed on from preview to previewed apps.
