On the site, I can't find a page where the syntax of the YAML file with rules would be explained. Would be great to have one.

@yegor256, there is an (incomplete) specification of the YAML file format here.

https://github.com/objectionary/normalizer/issues/427 tracks the progress on moving this documentation to a separate page.
