Render site pages as a single HTML #558

Details

In #362, it was discussed what should go into README.md.

Additionally, it was agreed that we should try to render all site pages as a single HTML like it's done in the NixOS manual.

Necessary functionality was discussed in the mdBook repo (https://github.com/rust-lang/mdBook/issues/988).

Also, there seems to be an old implementation of the necessary functionality (https://github.com/rust-lang/mdBook/issues/982#issuecomment-1212026601).

However, I couldn't find any official solution.

I found an MkDocs plugin https://github.com/timvink/mkdocs-print-site-plugin. However, the ToC generation isn't yet fixed (https://github.com/timvink/mkdocs-print-site-plugin/pull/115).
