EO plugin for TextMate #26

We already have a plugin for IntelliJ IDEA (eo-intellij-plugin) and for Vim (eo-vim). Let's create a new plugin for TextMate, to support syntax highlighting.

TextMate bundle has been created as part of https://github.com/objectionary/eo.tmbundle/issues/1. @yegor256 I suppose we can close this.
