Add app icon to authorization popups to differentiate between BlockBlock and LuLu

It's hard to quickly recognise whether I'm attempting to parse a network access, or a persistence mechanism. It'd be a lot easier if the alert dialog had the app icon of the app doing the check - LuLu or BlockBlock
