Errors with iTerm2 + Mojave #170

Hi, Started getting a lot of errors in console when I launch iTerm2

Not sure if it is affecting performance - seems to run fine, but absolutely filling the logs...

Anyone else seeing this??

I see something similar; in fact sometimes I can't spawn a shell in iTerm2 but macOS Terminal works fine. i haven't been able to figure it out. I get a lot of process hash mismatch errors about bash and my login shell is zsh but I have an allow/approve rule in LuLu about bash but it still sprays errors:

I don't know if it's related or not and I'm just now testing to try to find out why iTerm sometimes can't open a new window.

I don't think this issue is related to iTerm2 or Mojave. I'm not using it but still getting same similar error flooding the system.log

BTW, I'm using Alacritty on Catalina and not using bash.
