Possible incorrect Bytes Down measuring for com.apple.WebKit.Networking (pid: 2808) #16

I think Bytes Down metric might have implementation issues comparing to the Little Snitch Network Monitor.

Expected behaviour: The Bytes Down will increase on Safari usage and It can NOT decrease over time. Actual Behaviour: I can see Bytes Down decrease from 28MB to 22,6MB
