A check mark appears beside email addresses. And when clicking, pops up a Certificate window.

I have installed and uninstalled What’s Your Sign. And reinstalled macOS
I am left with an issue in the Contacts App.

On a Mac M1 Mini, 11.1 (20C69)

Any way to remove the check mark?

Not and WhatsYourSign Issue
