Incorrect comment syntax with keyboard shortcut #2

When I use the keyboard shortcut ⌘-/ to insert a comment, it uses an HTML comment <!-- --> instead of an EE comment {!-- --}.

@thomasthesecond This package appears to no longer be maintained. If you are looking for a maintainable solution, you can use my new package with ExpressionEngine 5 support.
