[iOS] - Relaunch app does not show authentication prompt when TouchID has been deleted then added #377

Step to reproduce:

Precondition: TouchID/Passcode has been added
1. Launch app > enable login with touchID > Logout
2. Relaunch app => show authentication prompt > Login > Success
3. Go to device setting then delete touchID/Passcode
4. Relaunch app => didn't show authentication prompt (this is OK)
5. Go to device setting then setup touchID/Passcode
6. Relaunch app => didn't show authentication prompt (expected: show authentication prompt)
