Add Typescript support.

Description:

Add a .d.ts file to gave TypeScript support.

I dont know if you play to rewrite this in TypeScript and also using Reanimated but i think its good to have support with this file. @oblador

It's been a while since the last acitivity on this repo... Seems like it's no longer gonna be maintained
