Update MaterialCommunityIcons to v7.3.67 #1565

@oblador Do you think we should rename MaterialCommunityIcons to MaterialDesignIcons to match upstream, leave in a compatibility layer and then remove it in say a year?

I personally would appreciate an update on this as I'm missing icons like filter-cog (v6.8.96)
