Missing icons

Is it possible to just import all the icons from @mdi/js into react-native-vector-icons so we don't have keep reporting what icons are missing?

@Rc85 With the next version of RNVI, we will move to more frequent (possibly automated) updates. I'm going to be aiming for monthly font updates till I have automation in place. You can test the new version which has updated fonts at #1612
