Enhancement: Allow to hide close button in MasterLayout -> Menu #144

Description

Since version 11, the menu contains a close button. Is there a way to remove the close button, as our users find it irrelevant?

Use case

Like oblique 10, without any close buttons.

Relation to existing issue

Proposed solution

Add a flag to enable or disable the close button, or extend the API documentation if it already exists.

There is no possibility to disable it at the moment, but I will discuss that with the Design Team.
