I try to open the exe of interception and it closes instantly , i have already restarted the pc several and several times even formatted and i can not use it

Try to go to the folder path. Open the folders one by one. First the disk "C:" and then the folders.

You should put in quotes at "command line installer" because there is a blank at the address. Copy this two lines and press Right Click in cmd prompt:

cd C:\Users\aera\Documents\Interception\"command line installer"
install-interception /install
