Most of the issues appear to be with relationship to vasculature.
Error log for 10-25-2021 had "Added new term" for many "errors"; I looked in ASCT+B table and this reflected that authors wanted to communicate that they had compiled a list of new cell types to add to CL here: NewTermRequests_uberon_CL_ASCT+B in multi-tab google sheet I created to give table authors a place to request all of the terms they wanted in an organized manner with all the information we would need to create tickets/add: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1BihrOU9vWrsA_wYjcbdPUr42_Sb22CO3gkBDieiYQPs/edit#gid=1225604837 @paolaroncaglia for spleen
@emquardokus @dosumis To clarify please The spleen tab in the spreadsheet contains suggestions for new anatomy terms + new cell type terms. The log in this ticket refers to anatomy terms only. At this stage, would you like me to address the addition of new anatomy terms only, or cell type terms only, or both? Some fields are color-coded, in particular the red lines have a comment, could you please confirm if they can be deleted or not yet? I can then create Uberon and/or CL tickets as appropriate. Thanks.
