are these the one you put in the edit file?

Yes, I have checked the diff. I could not find any suspicious changes.

For example, there are many random characteristic of --> inheres in and inheres in --> characteristic of label changes.

Declaration(Class(http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OBA_0005494)) Declaration(Class(http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OBA_0003870)) are these the one you put in the edit file?

Yes, I have added these back manually because of GO process term obsoletions.
