GTF file doesnt match up with ensembl #242

a worry I have is that AC129186_1 is mapped to ENSMUSG00000116610 which if I search in ensembl comes out as Gm49678 (https://www.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/Gene/Summary?db=core;g=ENSMUSG00000116610) - I'm guessing its a different version issue but not sure if its a problem when we display it etc.? I assume they are the same gene with different names, but i do not see AC129186.1 on the ensembl page

@shawntanzk to check mygene and uniprot to check if ID is correct - if still an issue will follow up with Renee and Jeremy
