Update ODK #245

@hkir to check if DOSDP version in ODK and update ODK if it is alright. If not this ticket can serve as a reminder to update once ODK has updated it.

Update completed in branch odk_december2021_release and merged. Dosdp and robot versions are ok and all automatic validations are passing now.
