Add taxonomy nodes listing service #12

Add a service to list all taxonomy nodes. Or can this be handled by search * and filter by species.

what if multiple species in the same taxonomy (such as human m1 and MTG)?

Taxonomy iri and taxonomy id added. Such as: "taxonomy_iri": "http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/PCL_0013000", "taxonomy_id": "CCN201912132",
