Quality control: Fix errors #2

Quality control flagged up a significant number of errors.

Check the tsv file. But only address this issue after issue 1 is closed!

duplicate_label should have been resolved but the report still shows them. Not updated?

@raymond91125 You need to run the ODK pipeline first
